    Vellmo is currently in early beta testing. By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • This is a prototype product under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
    • Your account and all associated data may be deleted at any time as part of the development and testing process, without prior notice.
    • You are participating as a beta tester and agree to be contacted by the Vellmo team for feedback on the product, features, and to receive support communications.
    • This is a private testing environment. Do not share access credentials or invite links without authorization.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Vellmo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the service.

    2. Beta Participation

    As a beta participant, you understand that:

    • The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
    • You may experience bugs, errors, and service interruptions.
    • The Vellmo team may contact you via email to gather feedback, conduct surveys, schedule calls, or provide support related to the product.
    • Your feedback may be used to improve the product without compensation.

    3. Account & Data

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • During the beta period, the Vellmo team reserves the right to delete accounts, reset data, or modify the service at any time.
    • Do not store sensitive or critical business data in Vellmo during the beta period, as data loss may occur.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: unauthorized access, data scraping, or using the platform for illegal purposes.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellmo and its team shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this beta service, including data loss, service interruptions, or account deletion.
