• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you sign up.
• Contact data: Information you add about your networking contacts (names, emails, phone numbers, notes, etc.).
• Usage data: How you interact with the app, including features used, session duration, and error logs to improve the product.
• Voice & image data: Audio recordings and images uploaded for AI-powered contact extraction, processed and not permanently stored in raw form.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Vellmo service.
• To contact you for beta feedback, product updates, and support.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve features.
• To process AI-powered features such as voice transcription and contact extraction.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. However, as a beta product, we cannot guarantee against data loss or service interruptions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third-party services (e.g., OpenAI for AI features) strictly for providing app functionality. These services are bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the Settings page. During the beta period, the Vellmo team may also delete accounts and data as needed for development purposes.
